    1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

    The company ONLINE BENCHMARKING SLU with address in Mendizabala, 100 01007 Vitoria-Gasteiz and identified with the CIF number ESB01587831 organizes the raffle from now on, the National Promotion, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Europe and the United Kingdom in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.ción.

    The purpose of this raffle is: To publicize Made In Amarillo and reward the loyalty of new followers of the brand.

     

    2.-START DATE AND END DATE

    The Promotion will begin on August 6, 2020, and will end on August 20, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.

     

    3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

    The participation requirements will be the following:

    • Those who reside in Europe and the United Kingdom and are over 18 years of age may participate.

    4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

    The winner will be chosen by means of the Easypromos platform at random. The winner will be announced on August 21, 2020 through the brand's social profiles, along with the raffle's validity certificate.

    Theprize will consist of the draw of2 cartoons (one per winner that will be awarded to the winners in a 60x40 cm canvasm) and in aceramic mug. Previously, the winners must send us at least one high-quality photograph of the people who will appear in the cartoon, maximum 2 people. It will be sent to them by post to the address they wish as long as it is within the European Union and the United Kingdom. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration.n.

    The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

    Changes will be made and winners will be replaced by alternates in any situation that prevents the award from being assigned to the user who has been the winner.
