Terms of delivery
Delivery is formalized by dispatch to the shipping address indicated by the Customer under the conditions indicated on the website.
The delivery time results from the information on the website as well as the communication to the Customer of the order confirmation. Any delivery is made under the constraint that Made In Amarillo in turn is supplied in a timely manner.
In the event that a product ordered by the customer is not available for reasons beyond Made In Amarillo, the customer will have the option to choose a product of similar quality and price or will be refunded the amount for the physical product that is not available.
Made In Amarillo has the right to make partial deliveries. Delays in delivery times will not give the Customer the right to compensation for damages, unless Made In Amarillo is responsible for negligence or willful misconduct.
In case there are reasons for the delay in delivery not attributable to Made In Amarillo (force majeure, third party liability, etc.), the delivery time will be extended accordingly. The Customer will be duly informed about this situation. In the event that the causes of the delay extend for more than four weeks after the date of purchase, either party shall be entitled to terminate the contract.
In the event that the Customer is not at the delivery address of the package at the time of delivery, and the package is not picked up by the Customer within 7 working days from the post office, or in the event that the Customer refuses to receive the package, Made In Amarillo shall have the right to cancel the order and terminate the contract.
